u can always get magic level so u could use multy barrage and go safespot at troll stronghold and pick up half key's and monster packages

Or. You can go to high level training and there is a portal near that little monkey Uwogo. There are level 25 skeletons. Highest drop rate of key halfs. Good luck :)
